Live Event Illustration, London – Visit Dubai

As a live illustrator, I have the pleasure of being invited to illustrate fir different kinds of live events. This week I am illustrating for a client who is representing Visit Dubai and hosting a networking roadshow for them.

First stop was London at the start of this week at Savage Garden Restaurant downtown.

I was illustrating guest portraits onto artwork I had pre-prepared. The brief was to illustrate 3 landmarks in Dubai and have the portraits painted in front of these.

Guests enjoyed being sketched from poses and really gave a positive response.

I love creating art that makes people smile

Also on the evening there were different zones guests could enjoy- such as a perfume testing station and ice cream made of camel milk. Yum.

I enjoyed the challenge of painting for 200 guests as part of a team of another 2 illustrators who were commissioned for the Event.

Visit Dubai was hosting a B to B event on this roadshow where I met business people including hotel owners and travel consultants.
