I have had the privilege of painting wedding portrait commissions for the past few years. My style has evolved in that time and whether working in watercolour or a large oil painting, I am thankful for every challenge.

It starts with a vision…

• Tell me your story: Every painting begins with your story. Whether you imagine a sweeping scene of your ceremony, an intimate moment during your first dance, or a vibrant impression of your guests celebrating on the lawn, we’ll begin by understanding your vision for your painting.
  Together, we’ll discuss the mood, setting, and framing style you love to ensure your artwork feels personal and timeless.
• Planning your artwork: Ahead of your wedding, I will coordinate with you, or your planner to finalise the details. From selecting the perfect scene and canvas size to deciding between oil or watercolour, this is where your ideas take shape. We’ll also take note of key features, like special florals, outfits, or meaningful backdrops (or dogs) you’d like included.
• On the day, I’ll arrive early to set up and begin painting live as the excitement unfolds. Guests are often excited to watch the artwork come to life over the day , adding a unique touch to your celebration. 
  After the event, I refine the larger pieces in my studio to ensure every detail is beautifully complete before it’s delivered framed as a lasting heirloom.

Investment

Every painting is a custom made, unique piece of fine art that is created as a commission specifically for you and your day. 
Quotes are offered on a bespoke basis.

6 hours Artist time on site 

Use of highest quality artist supplies 

Framing post- creation 

Display box for your painting if travelling 

Additional 10 hours of studio time for larger heirloom paintings

Watercolour wedding Painting

An impressionist style painting on watercolour paper. Includes the venue and couple and any additional details. 
Framed on completion and displayed on the day

Heirloom Oil Painting

My heirloom oil paintings are larger scale grand paintings and include the couple, venue & surrounds and selected guests.

This will be commenced at your wedding and completed in my studio time.
